Guidelines for proper administration of regulations in the Village of Innsbrook
ON-SITE SEWAGE TREATMENT SYSTEM
The requirements and regulations for sewage treatment systems operating within the Village of Innsbrook are found in Appendix A of the Zoning Order. All major repairs require a permit from the Department of Health and Senior Services (DHSS), per Village Ordinance 237 passed on February 13, 2017.
COMPLAINTS
Citizens have a right to register complaints regarding the conduct of the Village of Innsbrook employees and about policies and procedures in the Village. This form exists to document citizens complaints and the response of the Village. It is hoped that this process will help to improve the services of the Village of Innsbrook to all residents and property owners as to keep harmony within our community.
