NOTICE OF CANDIDATE FILING
Notice is hereby given that three (3) Trustee seats with the Village of Innsbrook, Missouri are to be filled during the Municipal Election to be held on Tuesday,April 08, 2025 after filing a Declaration of Candidacy.
Trustee qualifications for office: 21 years of age, a citizen of the United States, an inhabitant and primary resident of the Village of Innsbrook for at least one (1) year preceding the election, and a qualified registered voter of Warren County under the laws and Constitution of the State of Missouri and the Village of Innsbrook. No person shall qualify as a candidate who has been found guilty of or plead guilty to a felony or misdemeanor under federal law. All candidates must be current on all state income taxes, personal property taxes, municipal taxes and real property taxes. Trustee term of office is two years.
Declaration of Candidacy may be filed in person with the Village Administrator/Clerk, between the hours of 8:00 am and 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday between the above dates. Filing will not occur on the days, or Holidays, when Village Hall is closed. Candidate names will appear on the ballot in the order of filing.

In accordance with Chapter 115 of the laws of Missouri notice is hereby given that the next General Municipal Election will be held in the Village of Innsbrook on April 8, 2025, at which election all registered voters residing within the Village of Innsbrook will be given the opportunity to vote.

ABSENTEE VOTING
Registered voters who expect to be prevented from going to their polling place on Election Day may vote absentee beginning six weeks prior to an election. Mail in or faxed absentee ballot requests must be received by the election authority no later than the 5:00 p.m. on the second Wednesday prior to any election. Voters can vote by absentee in the office of the local election authority until 5:00 p.m. the night before the election.
